The Promotion:
We’re making it easier—and more rewarding—than ever to be part of SRA!
From June 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025

We’re offering:
FREE Registration Fee (registration fee waived) for all new SRA members
$50 Promotion Incentive (cash reward) to any existing member who successfully refers a new member who joins the SRA and enrolls in the SRA provided GMS Health Plan.
All SRA members can participate in the $50 Promotion Incentive (cash reward).

1. All new members who enroll in the SRA provided GMS Health Plan are eligible for FREE $25 registration fee.
2. $50 Promotion Incentive (cash reward) to any SRA member who successfully refers a new member who joins the SRA and enrolls in an SRA provided GMS Health Plan. ( New members can also participate in the promotion ).
3. The promotion is valid from June 1, 2025 until December 31, 2025.
4. To qualify for the promotion all new member application forms and the GMS Enrollment Forms must be submitted by December 31, 2025.

1. New members fill out the SRA application form on the website and enroll in an SRA provided GMS Health Plan.
2. SRA members referring new members will be registered for the $50 cash incentive reward by the new member identifying the new member’s name and phone number on the New Member Application form.

1. Only SRA existing members and new members as of June 1, 2025, are eligible for the $50 reward as part of this promotion.
2. New SRA Members can only name one referring SRA member as part of this promotion.
3. SRA Members receive only one $50 cash reward per referral of a new member enrolling in the SRA provided GMS Health Plan for up to a maximum of 2 referrals per SRA member as part of this promotion. (SRA Members are encouraged to refer as many members as they can in support of SRA !).
4. The SRA Board of Directors and Committee members are not eligible for this promotion

1. Promotion incentive $50 reward will be paid out to SRA members after the application and enrollment forms have been processed.
2. By entering the Promotion, each SRA new member and each SRA referring member releases the SRA and each of their officers, from any and all liability associated with this promotion, including any liability resulting from the $50 reward and the $25 registration fee waiver.
3. The SRA shall be the sole judge and decision maker regarding any dispute regarding the application or interpretation of the Promotion reward or any other aspect of the Promotion and the SRA’s judgment or decision shall be final.

5. All personal information collected by SRA from entrants into this Promotion is subject to the SRA’s privacy policy.
6. This promotion offer is subject to change and may change at any time during the promotion.
