Before You Apply

Applying to join the SRA?

You’ll need to include these documents:

1. SRA membership application
2. Employment confirmation – Pay deposit advance, business card, employer letter, pension statement
3. One time registration fee – $25 e-transfer send to skretireesinfo@gmail.com
   
4. GMS Enrolment Form – Include pre-authorized debit page (PAD) and VOID cheque

Complete, scan and email these forms to: skretireesinfo@gmail.com
