Our Goals Are To:
- organize the resources of the SRA to provide effective, timely service to the membership.
- advocate improvements to benefits that reflect the needs of the members or interested parties
- make relevant information available to the membership or interested parties
- make timely presentations to the government and other responsible organizations to advocate positive changes to current retirement benefits
- research and compile data and trends in the pension and benefits fields
- develop and maintain good relationships with fellow organizations, appropriate government bodies and agencies
- provide mechanisms that will facilitate the social and communication needs of the membership
- solicit and strive to react to the expressed needs of the membership
- initate interaction with the private sector for the provision of appropriate benefits
- maximize SRA membership
